हमें एक कुशल और अनुभवी फाइन वुडवर्किंग कारपेंटर की आवश्यकता है जो बारीक, जटिल और सटीक लकड़ी के काम (Fine & Intricate Woodwork) में माहिर हो। उम्मीदवार की नजर डिटेलिंग पर पक्की होनी चाहिए, लकड़ी की किस्मों की गहरी समझ होनी चाहिए, और उसे सुंदर नक्काशी, बारीक जोड़ (joints) और फिनिशिंग वाले हाई-एंड लकड़ी के उत्पाद बनाने आने चाहिए।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities)

सटीक लकड़ी का काम: कस्टम लकड़ी के फर्नीचर, फिक्स्चर और सजावटी सामान बनाने के लिए टेक्निकल ड्रॉइंग, ब्लू प्रिंट या स्केच को समझना और उसके अनुसार काम करना।
बारीक और जटिल नक्काशी: जटिल जोड़ (Micro-level joinery), बारीक नक्काशी, और हाथ से करने वाली फिनिशिंग का काम पूरी सटीकता के साथ करना।
सामग्री का चयन: शीशम, सागौन (Teak), ओक या अन्य लकड़ियों की सही क्वालिटी चुनना, लकड़ी की बर्बादी को कम करना और उसकी मजबूती की जांच करना।
औजारों का ज्ञान: छेनी (Chisels), हैंड प्लेन, आरी जैसे हाथ के औजारों के साथ-साथ पावर मशीनरी (राउटर, सैंडर, टेबल सॉ आदि) का सुरक्षित और सही इस्तेमाल करना।
असेंबली और फिटिंग: पारंपरिक जोड़ तकनीकों (जैसे मॉर्टिस और टेनोन, डोवटेल) और मजबूत ग्लू या हार्डवेयर का उपयोग करके भागों को सुरक्षित रूप से जोड़ना।
क्वालिटी कंट्रोल: तैयार उत्पादों को भेजने से पहले उनकी मजबूती, फिनिशिंग और डिजाइन की अच्छी तरह जांच करना।
वर्कशॉप रखरखाव: अपने काम करने की जगह को साफ-सुथरा रखना, औजारों को धारदार और दुरुस्त रखना, और सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना।

उम्मीदवार के लिए योग्यता (Candidate Requirements)

अनुभव: फाइन कारपेंटरी, हाई-एंड फर्नीचर मेकिंग या कस्टम वुडन मैन्युफैक्चरिंग में कम से कम 3 से 8 साल का व्यावहारिक अनुभव।
कौशल: बारीक और जटिल काम के लिए हाथ और आंखों का बेहतरीन तालमेल; लकड़ी के गुणों और उसकी बनावट (Wood grain) की अच्छी समझ।
समस्या समाधान: काम के दौरान डिजाइन या मजबूती से जुड़ी किसी भी चुनौती को खुद हल करने की क्षमता।
धैर्य और फोकस: खासकर कस्टम या लग्जरी पीस बनाते समय पूरा धैर्य और एकाग्रता बनाए रखना।
