Job Description

ypsum board works: Measure, cut, fix, and finish gypsum partitions, ceilings, bulkheads and decorative elements; tape, apply joint compound, sand seams to a smooth finish; repair and maintain existing gypsum structures • Painting: Prepare surfaces, fill cracks, apply primers and final coats of enamel/emulsion paint or spray finishes; match existing finishes and complete touch-ups. • Carpentry: Construct and install wooden frames, doors, skirting, and custom panels; maintain furniture/stairs and perform finishing work. • Tiling & masonry: Handle ceramic tile installation, stonework, block work, floor and wall tiling, mortar application and grouting. • Preventive maintenance: Carry out routine and emergency repairs to façades, ceilings, floors, equipment, and structural elements • Project coordination: Collaborate with supervisors, MEP teams, and contractors; read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings; adhere to safety and quality standards • Tool use: Operate power tools, spray equipment, trowels, sanders, mixers, tile cutters, and jointing tools safely and effectively
