Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and professional Unisex Hair Stylist who can provide high-quality hair services for both male and female clients. The ideal candidate should have good technical skills, customer service abilities, and a passion for hair styling and grooming.
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, hair styling, blow-drying, and hair setting for men and women.
Provide hair colouring, highlights, root touch-ups, and other chemical treatments.
Perform hair spa, deep conditioning, smoothening, and keratin treatments, as per skill level.
Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care services.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation.
Ensure proper maintenance of salon tools, equipment, and workstations.
Recommend suitable hair care products and services to clients.
Achieve individual sales targets and promote salon packages and services.
Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Follow salon policies, grooming standards, and professional service protocols.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Unisex Hair Stylist is preferred.
Good knowledge of men's and women's haircuts and styling techniques.
Practical knowledge of hair colouring and chemical treatments is an advantage.
Good communication skills and a client-friendly attitude.
Professional appearance, punctuality, and teamwork.
Willingness to learn new trends and techniques in hair styling.
