We are hiring a professional Unisex Hair Dresser for Mr Barber Unisex Salon, Ruchi Khand 2, Sharda Nagar, Aashiyana, Lucknow. The candidate should have good experience in men’s and women’s haircuts, beard styling, hair spa, hair color, smoothening/keratin treatments, and basic styling, along with proper consultation and scalp analysis skills. During discussion, we will evaluate technical knowledge, live demo performance, hygiene standards, customer handling ability, and upselling skills for services like hair spa and treatments. Salary will be based on experience with performance incentives on chemical services and product sales, one weekly off, and a short trial period. Professional behavior, neat appearance, punctuality, and responsibility for client satisfaction and retention are mandatory.
