Job Description

Responsible for delivering high-quality men’s and women’s hair services, including cutting, styling, colouring, highlights, balayage, keratin, nanoplastia, hair spa and other professional treatments. Conduct client consultations, recommend suitable services and products, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Maintain hygiene, workstation cleanliness and salon SOPs. Achieve individual sales targets, encourage repeat visits and support product sales. Guide junior hairdressers and maintain service quality. Must have 5+ years of professional salon experience, strong technical skills, good communication, professional grooming and a client-focused attitude. Salary: Fixed + Incentives + Commission.
