Responsibilities:

• Provide professional haircuts, blow-drying, styling, and spa treatments for male and female clients

• Consult with clients to recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments

• Suggest add-on services to enhance the client experience (e.g., hair spa, scalp treatments)

• Promote and up-sell salon services and packages

• Recommend and sell suitable retail hair care products based on client needs

• Ensure salon hygiene, safety, and service standards are maintained

• Keep up with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a unisex salon

• Proficiency in men's and women’s hair services

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Confidence in retail sales and service recommendations
