Job Description

We are looking for a Unisex Hairdresser to join our team at Richbit by Elan Hair And Beauty Salon to provide beauty treatments, such as haircuts, hairstyles, hair spa, hair treatments like nanoplasty, botox, Karatine, hair colours, highlights etc. The responsibility also includes recommending suitable hair therapies and managing client appointments. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 plus incentives and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers upon arrival and assist with bookings.
Perform hair treatments.
Follow client’s preference and recommend hairstyles.
Maintain client records and manage inventory.
Promote relevant beauty products and services.
Make sure the working area is clean and equipment is sterilized at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 3 years of experience. Familiarity with hair care, treatments, colours and knowledge of hair techniques is a must. In this role, you will ensure that the clients receive high-quality personalized services.
