Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hairdresser to provide a wide range of hair care and styling services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty, possess excellent customer service skills, and stay up to date with the latest hair trends and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
Cut, trim, style, wash, and blow-dry hair according to client preferences.
Perform hair coloring, highlighting, bleaching, and chemical treatments.
Provide hair treatments such as keratin, smoothing, rebonding, and deep conditioning.
Recommend hair care products and maintenance routines to clients.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and tools.
Stay informed about current hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Adhere to salon health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hairdresser in a salon or beauty studio.
Professional certification in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, or a related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
