Unisex Hairdresser

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hair Cutting & Styling

   • Provide professional haircuts, blow-dries, and styling for male and female clients.

   • Advise clients on suitable hairstyles based on face shape, hair texture, and lifestyle.

2. Chemical & Treatment Services

   • Perform hair coloring, highlights, keratin, smoothening, straightening, and Botox treatments.

   • Ensure correct application techniques and safety procedures.

3. Client Consultation

   • Understand client needs and suggest appropriate services and products.

   • Offer aftercare and product recommendations.

4. Hygiene & Salon Maintenance

   • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, chairs, mirrors, and workstations.

   • Follow KIYU’s safety and hygiene standards strictly.

5. Customer Experience

   • Maintain a positive, polite, and professional attitude.

   • Ensure every client leaves satisfied with services received.

6. Teamwork & Conduct

   • Coordinate with beauticians, makeup artists, and front desk team.

   • Support fellow staff during rush hours and special promotions.

7. Sales & Upselling

   • Promote salon services, memberships, and retail products to increase revenue.

8. Training & Improvement

   • Attend regular skill training sessions and product knowledge workshops organized by the salon.
