Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Unisex Hairdresser with expertise in advanced hair styling and chemical treatments. The ideal candidate should be experienced in providing professional hair services to both male and female clients while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining high hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional haircuts, styling, and grooming services for men and women.
Perform advanced chemical treatments, including:
- Hair Smoothening
- Hair Straightening
- Keratin Treatment
- Botox Treatment
- Hair Coloring (Global & Highlights)
- Balayage & Ombre
- Rebonding
- Hair Spa & Scalp Treatments
Analyze clients' hair and recommend suitable treatments and products.
Educate clients on post-treatment care and home maintenance.
Upsell salon services and professional hair care products.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and ensure compliance with salon hygiene standards.
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.

Eligibility

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Unisex Hairdresser or Hair Stylist.
Hands-on experience with advanced chemical treatments is mandatory.
Certification from a recognized beauty academy will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional grooming and a positive attitude.
