Key Responsibilities:
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling. Achieving all store KPI’s
· Provide personalized styling advice to customers and create complete looks (head-to-toe coordination.
· Maintain VM standards, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and aligned with brand guidelines.
· Monitor and manage non-moving stock through suggestive selling and pairing options.
· Conduct tele-calling to regular and potential customers for promotions and product updates.
· Track Target vs Achievement performance and analyze sales data regularly.
· Support the Store Manager in daily briefings, team motivation, and delegation. Handle store operations smoothly during Store Manager’s absence.
· Maintain store hygiene, product display, and grooming standards. Assist with inventory checks, stock availability, and replenishment.
· Ensure genuine customer feedback (NPS) and Google Review is received and take action to improve service experience
· Use Omni sales Channel for better conversion and sales at the store.
