Skin Therapist – Job Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation & Assessment

   • Conduct skin analysis and consultations to understand clients’ concerns, skin types, and conditions.

   • Recommend appropriate treatments and products tailored to individual needs.

2. Treatment & Procedures

   • Perform a variety of skin treatments such as facials, clean-ups, peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, and other dermatology-approved procedures.

   • Assist doctors in advanced skin/cosmetology procedures when required.

   • Maintain accuracy in following pre- and post-treatment protocols.

3. Client Care & Education

   • Provide guidance to clients on skincare routines, product usage, and lifestyle tips for better results.

   • Ensure clients feel comfortable and informed during all procedures.

4. Clinic Hygiene & Safety

   • Follow strict hygiene standards and sterilization protocols for all equipment and work areas.

   • Ensure proper handling and storage of products and instruments.

5. Sales & Upselling

   • Promote clinic services, packages, and retail skincare products to meet sales targets.

   • Explain benefits and results of treatments to encourage client retention.

6. Record Keeping & Follow-up

   • Maintain detailed records of client treatments, progress, and preferences.

   • Follow up with clients for aftercare and upcoming appointments.

7. Teamwork & Support

   • Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and other staff to deliver seamless client service.

   • Assist in front-desk activities when required, including scheduling appointments.

8. Professional Development

   • Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, treatments, and technologies.

   • Participate in training sessions conducted by the clinic or product partners.
