Senior Beautician

The Beautician / Aesthetic Therapist at Necessitee Aesthetics Studio will be responsible for performing high-quality skin, hair, and body treatments with utmost professionalism and care. The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, confident, knowledgeable, and dedicated to creating an exceptional client experience that aligns with the studio’s premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Service & Treatment Delivery

• Perform advanced facials, medi-facials, clean-ups, peels, and other aesthetic procedures as per clinic protocol.

• Carry out hair and scalp therapies such as detox, PRP assistance, and rejuvenation treatments (after training).

• Conduct skin analysis and consultations to recommend suitable treatments and homecare.

• Ensure all treatments are performed with the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

• Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic approach toward every client.

2. Product Knowledge & Sales

• Explain treatment benefits and expected results clearly to clients.

• Upsell and cross-sell clinic services (e.g., skin to hair / hair to skin) and retail products.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the management.

3. Clinic Operations & Hygiene

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of treatment rooms before and after each client.

• Maintain inventory of consumables, tools, and products used during treatments.

• Follow clinic SOPs for disinfection, patient handling, and waste disposal.

• Assist in daily stock checking and reporting shortages.

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with front desk for appointment scheduling and client flow.

• Update treatment records and client feedback accurately after every session.

• Participate in daily briefings (morning & evening) to review tasks and goals.

• Support in clinic events, demos, and promotional activities when required.
