Job Summary:
The Salon Manager oversees daily salon operations, manages staff performance, ensures high-quality customer service, and drives business growth. This role combines leadership, sales, and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth functioning of the salon and excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
Supervise day-to-day salon activities, including client appointments, staff scheduling, and inventory control.
Ensure the salon remains clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
Manage product stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
Team Leadership:

Conduct performance evaluations and motivate the team to meet service standards.
Resolve staff conflicts and ensure a positive, professional work environment.
Customer Service:
Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
Experiences:
10–12 years of experience in salon management.
Salary Criteria:
30k- 35k /- months
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
