Salon manager

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Field Relationship Executive to join our property management team. The role involves regular field visits, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring quality service delivery to both property owners and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to managed properties to monitor upkeep and maintenance

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors

• Address client queries and assist with service requests or issue resolutions

• Coordinate property handovers, inspections, and basic documentation

• Follow up on client feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Support the internal team with updates from the field and assist with operational tasks

• Submit daily or weekly reports on field activities to the manager

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in fieldwork, client servicing, or real estate is a plus

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel locally for client and property visits

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism

• Basic understanding of property management or a willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and handle on-ground challenges

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
