We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Salon Manager to manage daily operations, lead the team, and drive salon revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily salon operations and team performance.
Achieve sales, membership, package, and service targets.
Ensure excellent guest experience and handle complaints.
Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and productivity.

Requirements:
3+ years of salon management experience.
