We are looking for a Salon manager to join our team at Salon Apple to provide beauty treatments, such as hairstyling/ makeup/ facials/ hair removal/ manicures/pedicures. The responsibility also includes recommending suitable skin therapies and managing client appointments. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Salon Operations
Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon efficiently.
Ensure timely opening and closing of the salon as per company SOPs.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and ambience standards throughout the salon.
Ensure proper maintenance and availability of salon equipment and products.
Monitor inventory and coordinate product replenishment.
2. Team Management
Supervise and lead the salon team, including hairdressers, beauticians, receptionists, and housekeeping staff.
Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance, punctuality, and leave records.
Conduct daily team briefings and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
Motivate and coach team members to improve productivity and service quality.
Coordinate induction and on-the-job training for new employees.
3. Customer Service
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Build long-term relationships with clients to improve customer retention.
Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions where required.
4. Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Drive retail product sales and service upgrades.
Monitor individual employee productivity and service performance.
Plan and execute promotional activities to increase walk-ins and repeat business.
Upsell salon services and membership packages.
5. Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
Manage daily cash collections and billing accuracy.
Ensure timely bank deposits and proper cash reconciliation.
Maintain daily sales reports and operational records.
Monitor salon expenses and minimize wastage.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
6. Compliance & SOP Management
Ensure strict adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
Maintain employee discipline and professional conduct.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
Coordinate with HR regarding recruitment, attendance, employee performance, and disciplinary matters.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
2–5 years of experience as a Salon Manager, Assistant Salon Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
Experience in managing salon operations, staff, and customer service.
