• Overall salon management & day-to-day operations

• Drive sales, revenue growth & service upselling

• Client handling – ensure excellent customer experience & repeat clientele

• Manage appointments, walk-ins & staff scheduling

• Billing, cash handling, vendor payments & expense tracking

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & salon standards

• Hiring, training & managing staff performance

• Handle inventory, product ordering & vendor coordination

• Resolve client concerns & feedback professionally

• Ensure smooth coordination between front desk & service team

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Salon Manager / Senior Front Desk / Operations Manager

• Strong communication & people skills

• Sales-driven mindset with leadership qualities

• Basic knowledge of billing software & Excel

• Ability to multitask and handle pressure

• Well-groomed, organized & professional

• Experience in a ladies salon is a big plus
