Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily salon operations (massage & skin services)

• Coordinate staff schedules for massage therapists and skin care professionals

• Ensure high-quality client service and customer satisfaction

• Greet and handle client queries, bookings, and feedback

• Monitor inventory of massage oils, creams, and skincare products

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols at all times

• Train and manage staff performance and grooming standards

• Handle billing, daily sales reports, and POS operations

• Support promotional offers or package planning for client retention

• Follow up with regular clients and manage appointment reminders

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a spa or wellness center

• Good knowledge of massage and facial services (not hairstyling)

• Strong communication and coordination skills (English & Hindi)

• Customer-oriented attitude and professional grooming

• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, billing software)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma in Beauty & Wellness or Spa Management

• Familiarity with appointment management software is a plus
