Qualifications
Proficiency in Cosmetology and Hair Care with a strong understanding of salon services and techniques
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a seamless client experience and resolve inquiries or concerns
Ability to effectively manage Hiring, staff training, and team development
Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
Experience in salon management or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of salon products and industry trends is a plus
