Job Description

We are looking for a Nail Art Technician to join our team at Varnika India, Ghatkopar for Sales & Nail Art Services, manicures. The responsibility also includes recommending retail product, piercings of ear, nose & baby ear along with and managing client relationships, appointments & complaints

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers upon arrival and assist with bookings.
Perform top notch nails services
Customer Management
Sales Achievement & Revenue Management
Participation in Sales Activities
Management of Company owned Retail Store
Reporting regularly
Handling grievances, complaints & converting it in opportunities
Sales Target Achievement
Calling, Following up & booking appointments
Follow client’s preference and recommendations
Maintain client records and manage inventory.
Promote relevant products and services.
Make sure the working area is clean and equipment is sterilized at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with Nail Arts, Nail Care & Manicure etc. In this role, you will ensure that the clients receive high-quality personalized services, enhancing the customer experience & ensuring repeat customers, while being productively getting walk-ins footfalls by sales promotion activities or calling.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹33,000 and career growth opportunities.
