Position: Nail Technician
Location: Thuya Wellness Spa & Salon, OMR, Chennai

Salary: ₹25,000 onwards, based on experience and expertise

Thuya Wellness is a premium wellness destination offering professional spa, salon and beauty services. We are looking for an experienced and skilled Nail Technician to join our team for our newly opening spa and salon at OMR, Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide professional manicure and pedicure services.
● Perform nail extensions, gel polish, gel extensions and nail enhancements.
● Create professional nail art and customised nail designs.
● Perform nail shaping, cuticle care, buffing and polishing.
● Ensure proper nail hygiene, sanitation and sterilisation of tools and equipment.
● Recommend suitable nail treatments and products based on clients’ requirements.
● Maintain high standards of customer service and client experience.
● Keep the nail station clean, organised and well maintained.
● Stay updated with current nail trends, techniques and industry standards.
● Handle clients professionally and build strong client relationships.
● Achieve service quality and customer satisfaction standards.
Candidate Requirements
● Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Nail Technician.
● Strong knowledge of manicure, pedicure, gel and nail enhancement services.
● Good understanding of nail hygiene and sanitation procedures.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Well-groomed, professional and customer-oriented.
● Ability to understand client requirements and provide personalised recommendations.
● Certification in nail technology/beauty services will be an advantage.
● Candidates with experience in premium salons, spas or wellness centres will be preferred.
