We are seeking a talented and versatile Male Hairdresser to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a wide range of hair services for all clients, regardless of gender or hair type. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in the hair industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services for male clients.
Perform hair treatments such as shampooing, conditioning, head massage, and hair spa.
Expert in beard trimming, shaving, and beard styling.
Advise clients on suitable hairstyles and grooming based on face shape and preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and work area.
Ensure customer satisfaction with high-quality service and professional behavior.
Stay updated with the latest men’s hairstyling trends and techniques.
Handle clients politely and build long-term customer relationships.

Experiences:

3–6 years of experience in salon hair dressers.

Salary Criteria:

14k- 17k/- months

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Male Hair Dresser / Barber
Knowledge of modern and classic men’s hairstyles
Skilled in using hair cutting tools (scissors, clippers, trimmers, razors)
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Professional appearance and positive attitude
