Job Title: Male Barber / Men's Hair Stylist
We are looking for a skilled Male Barber to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should have experience in men's haircuts, hairstyling, beard trimming, shaving, and grooming services. If you are passionate about men's grooming and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist them with appointments.
Perform men's haircuts and modern hairstyling services.
Provide beard trimming, shaving, hair setting, and grooming services.
Recommend suitable hairstyles and grooming styles based on the client's face shape and preferences.
Maintain high standards of hygiene by sterilizing tools and keeping the workstation clean.
Manage client records and assist in maintaining salon inventory.
Deliver professional and friendly customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Male candidates only.
Minimum qualification: Below 10th / 10th Pass.
1–6+ years of experience as a Barber or Men's Hair Stylist.
Good knowledge of men's haircutting, hairstyling, beard styling, shaving, and grooming techniques.
Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable styles.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Certification in Barbering, Hair Styling, or Cosmetology will be an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
In-hand Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
