The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of practical experience and strong client-handling skills with a polite and professional attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome clients upon arrival and assist them with bookings and service selection.Perform grooming services including haircutting, beard styling, facials, and basic massage.Understand client preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles, beard styles, and skincare routines.Maintain client records and manage appointment schedules efficiently.Promote relevant grooming products and salon services to clients.Ensure cleanliness of the work area and proper sterilization of tools and equipment at all times.Maintain inventory of grooming tools and products.Provide personalized grooming services to ensure client satisfaction and comfort.Job RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of experience as a Hair Stylist / Grooming Specialist.Proficiency in haircutting, beard styling, facials, manicure, pedicure, and massage.Knowledge of skincare practices such as cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing.Strong communication skills and the ability to convince and manage clients professionally.Polite behavior, professional appearance, and good client management skills.Ability to maintain hygiene standards and a clean workspace.
