Job Description – Senior Hair Stylist (Hair Colour Expert)

We are hiring a Senior Hair Stylist / Hair Colour Expert with advanced knowledge of high-end hair colouring techniques and strong client consultation skills for premium salon services.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced colouring services like balayage, global colour, highlights, babylights, ombré, sombre, root shadow, toning, and colour correction
Handle colour transformations, grey blending, and corrective colour confidently
Conduct detailed client consultations, shade selection, and hair analysis
Recommend and perform hair treatments related to colouring (bond repair, smoothening after-care, etc.)
Maintain high standards of hygiene, product handling, and salon professionalism
Guide junior stylists and support the team when required

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of colour theory, undertones, toners, developers, and modern colour techniques
Experience in premium salons with high-end clientele
Excellent communication, grooming, and customer service skills
Minimum 5+ years experience in professional hair styling and colouring

Salary: Attractive + Incentives (as per expertise) + Bonus
Location: Bodacious Unisex Salon, Kolkata
