Location: The Hair Chapter – Premium Unisex Salon

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Training: Certified from a reputed / recognised hair academy

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Unisex Hair Stylist who can deliver premium hair services while maintaining high standards of hygiene, hospitality, service quality, and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

Hair Services

Perform haircuts, styling, blow-dry, ironing, smoothening, coloring, treatments, and consultations for men & women.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments.

Deliver services within defined service-time standards.

Customer Experience & Hospitality

Provide a warm, polite, and professional experience to every customer.

Support overall hospitality: greeting clients, offering water/tea/coffee, guiding them even when they are not your direct client.

Build request-customers and repeat clientele through service quality.

Hygiene & Safety

Maintain cleanliness of tools, stations, styling chairs, and work area at all times.

Follow hygiene protocols strictly during chemical treatments and services.

Use apron, gloves, and safety tools as mandated.

Product & Resource Usage

Use salon products responsibly with minimum wastage.

Follow prescribed product quantities and processes.

Take care of salon equipment, furniture, and tools.

Billing & Business Support

Ensure correct service tagging under your name during billing.

Support upselling, cross-selling, packages, and combos ethically.

Cooperate with reception and manager for smooth billing and appointments.

Discipline & Compliance

Follow shift timings, lunch break rules, and break marking strictly.

Adhere to uniform, grooming, attendance, and conduct policies.

Respect salon values: Hygiene, Hospitality, Service, Trust.

Required Skills & Qualities

Minimum 2 years hands-on salon experience.

Training from a known professional hair academy.

Good communication skills and customer-handling ability.

Positive attitude, discipline, and team spirit.

Willingness to learn and upgrade skills regularly.
