Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Unisex Hairdresser to provide professional hair services to both male and female clients. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the latest trends in hairstyling and grooming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform haircuts, styling, colouring, highlights, and treatments for men and women.

• Advise clients on suitable hairstyles, hair care routines, and maintenance tips.

• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, tools, and techniques.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the workstation and salon.

• Ensure all services are delivered professionally and in line with salon standards.

• Handle customer queries and complaints politely and efficiently.

• Promote salon products and services to clients.

• Follow safety, sanitization, and salon policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Unisex Hairdresser or Hairstylist.

• Certification in Hairdressing from a recognized institute preferred.

• Excellent knowledge of hair products, colouring, and styling techniques.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, punctuality, and professional appearance.

• Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours when required.
