Hair Stylist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Stylist to join our team. The Stylist will be responsible for providing professional hair, beauty, and grooming services while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be skilled in the latest styling techniques, knowledgeable about current trends, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional haircuts, styling, coloring, treatments, and other hair services.

• Consult with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and recommend suitable styles or treatments.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and techniques.

• Suggest and promote salon products for hair care and maintenance.

• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workstation at all times.

• Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety protocols.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.

• Assist in achieving salon targets by driving sales of services and products.

• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and professional salon environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Stylist or Hairdresser.

• Strong knowledge of hair treatments, coloring techniques, and styling tools.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to understand and deliver clients’ requirements.

• Professional certification or diploma in hair styling/beauty therapy (preferred).

• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
