Beauty Trainer

The Trainer is responsible for conducting training sessions for new hire employees, conducting product training programs and developing product knowledge and expertise for salon staff. The trainer develops materials and programs that ensure optimum learning for the employees and customers., such as hairstyling/ makeup/ facials/ hair removal/ manicures/pedicures. The responsibility also includes recommending suitable skin therapies and managing client appointments. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000 and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts training sessions for new hire salon staff

• Develops product knowledge and expertise for customers

• Develops training materials and programs

• Assesses training needs and implements training programs accordingly

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 6 years of experience. Familiarity with skin care therapies like moisturising, exfoliating, peeling etc., and knowledge of hair removal techniques is a must. A degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology or a relevant field is a plus.
