Beauty Therapist

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Trainee Beauti-Therapist to join our beauty and wellness team. This position is ideal for freshers or students currently pursuing beauty therapy training who are eager to develop hands-on experience in skincare, makeup, and spa services under expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior beauticians and therapists in delivering facial treatments, massages, waxing, threading, and other services.

• Prepare clients for treatment by ensuring comfort and hygiene.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.

• Recommend skincare or beauty products based on customer needs under supervision.

• Learn and follow safety and hygiene protocols as per industry standards.

• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, products, and technologies.

• Help in organizing salon supplies, inventory, and client records.

• Support in daily salon operations and client engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a course/diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of skincare, haircare, and grooming techniques.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional salon/wellness environment.

• Presentable, well-groomed, and friendly personality.

• Flexible to work in shifts and weekends if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or training experience in a salon/spa (preferred, not mandatory).

• Basic knowledge of beauty products and tools.

• Willingness to take client feedback positively and work on skill improvement.
