Beauty Therapist

JOB Description of Beauty Therapist:

A Beauty Therapist should be able to provides various treatments to enhance clients' appearance and well-being, including skincare, hair removal (permanent/temporary), manicures, and pedicures. They also offer makeup services and may provide advice on skincare routines and products. A key responsibility is understanding client needs and providing personalized recommendations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing Treatments: Providing facials, massages, peels, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application. 

• Performing relaxing facial and body massages, nonmedical face and body treatments using their knowledge of skin biology, skin physiology, and cosmetic chemistry.

• Client Consultation: Attending Patient Enquiry calls and converting them for taking our services by understand their desires and expectations for treatments. 

• Skincare Expertise: Analysing skin types, recommending appropriate skincare routines and products, and providing aftercare advice. 

• Hair Removal: Performing various hair removal methods, including waxing and electrolysis or laser for permanent hair removal. 

• Product Knowledge: Understanding and recommending various beauty products and techniques. 

• Customer Service: Welcoming clients, managing appointments, and providing excellent customer service. 

• Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintaining a clean and sterile environment and equipment. 

• Sales and Upselling: Cross-selling beauty products and additional treatments when appropriate. 

• Calling & Taking Follow – ups: Working on the database and calling customers for pre and post sales.

• Assisting the Dermatologist: Assisting the Doctor with the necessary skincare treatments conducted for patients.

• Taking care of Bills and payments from patients, maintaining Patient Records, their pending bills and overall details needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Typically requires a diploma or certification in beauty therapy.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in performing various beauty treatments and using equipment.

• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Product Knowledge: A thorough understanding of beauty products and techniques.

• Attention to Detail: Accurate skin analysis and treatment execution. 

• It is a Full Time Beautician job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
