Beauty Therapist

Job Summary
Dr. Sheth’s Skin & Hair Clinics is seeking skilled and certified Skin Therapists. The role involves delivering professional skincare treatments, assisting dermatologists during procedures, and ensuring a high standard of patient care with a friendly yet professional approach.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform a range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser hair reduction
• Assess clients’ skin concerns and recommend suitable treatments
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage
• Assist dermatologists in clinical procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols
• Operate and handle technologies related to skin tightening, hair removal, pigmentation, and body contouring
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment areas and equipment
• Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs and medical guidelines
• Support revenue generation through treatment conversions and client engagement
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and client history
• Uphold a professional and positive attitude with clients and team members
• Participate in training and stay updated with industry trends
• Follow all safety protocols, including COVID-19 guidelines
• Adhere to clinic policies and employee handbook
• Work hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (except official holidays)

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and train others
• Sales experience is an added advantage
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Calm, composed, and patient-focused approach
• Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve client concerns
• Good organisational and time management skills

• It is a Full Time Beautician job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
