Roles & Responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their skin type, concerns, and goals.

2. Recommend and perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, and other advanced skincare procedures.

3. Customize treatment plans based on individual patient needs, skin conditions, and treatment goals.

4. Educate patients on proper skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care to optimize treatment results and maintain skin health.

5. Utilize advanced skincare technology and equipment safely and effectively to deliver high-quality treatments.

6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and skincare product recommendations.

7. Adhere to clinic policies and procedures, including infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.

8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, aestheticians, and medical staff, to provide comprehensive patient care and support.

9. Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products through continuous education and training.

10. Provide exceptional customer service, address patient concerns, and ensure a positive patient experience throughout their skincare journey.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of procedures and the healthcare industry (training will be provided).

- Proficiency in using Zenoti software and Microsoft Office applications.

- Positive attitude and the ability to work in a team.

- Patience and empathy when dealing with prospective patients.

Work Experience & Education

Education : Any Graduation

Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Experience on equivalent Profile
