Job Overview

Zia Art Salon, a luxury premium unisex salon, is hiring Beauticians and Beauty Therapists for its professional beauty and wellness team.

We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates with up to five years of experience. Candidates who are interested in building a long-term career in the beauty and salon industry are encouraged to apply.

Freshers will receive complete practical training. The training period is fully paid, and no deposit, registration fee, training fee, or payment is required from candidates.

Salary

The monthly salary ranges from ₹28,000 to ₹85,000, depending on:

• Previous salon or beauty-industry experience

• Practical skills and services handled

• Performance during the skill assessment

• Position and professional level

• Ability to handle clients independently

The exact salary and position will be discussed after the interview and practical evaluation.

Roles and Responsibilities

Selected candidates may be trained or assigned to perform services such as:

• Facials, clean-ups and skincare services

• Waxing and threading

• Manicure and pedicure

• Basic beauty and grooming services

• Client consultation and service preparation

• Maintaining hygiene and salon safety standards

• Preparing treatment areas before and after services

• Following salon service protocols

• Providing a professional and comfortable customer experience

• Learning new beauty techniques through company-provided training

Service responsibilities will be assigned according to the candidate’s training, experience and skill level.

Interview Process

The selection process consists of two rounds:

Round 1 – Preliminary Interview

A discussion about the candidate’s background, interests, availability, career goals and previous experience, if any.

Round 2 – Practical Assessment and Final Discussion

A practical skill evaluation for experienced candidates. Freshers will be assessed based on communication, learning ability, grooming, professional attitude and suitability for training.

Both interview rounds will be conducted in Chennai.

Travel Support for Interview

Candidates travelling to Chennai from another city may be eligible for reimbursement of approved interview-related travel and accommodation expenses.

Travel must be discussed and approved by the recruitment team before booking. Candidates must retain the original bills, tickets and receipts for reimbursement processing.

Complete travel and interview instructions will be shared with shortlisted candidates before the interview date.
