We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in beauty services, skin treatments, and client handling while maintaining high standards of hygiene, service quality, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Skin & Facial Services

• Perform facials, skin treatments, and acne treatments based on client skin analysis.

• Provide deep cleansing, moisturizing, anti-aging, and customized skincare treatments.

• Recommend suitable products and skincare routines according to client requirements.

Hair Removal Services

• Perform waxing, threading, and other hair removal procedures.

• Ensure proper hygiene and use of quality products during services.

Nail Care Services

• Provide manicure and pedicure services.

• Perform nail cleaning, polish application, and basic nail art services.

Makeup Services

• Deliver makeup services including party, occasion, and bridal makeup.

• Stay updated with current beauty and makeup trends.

Client Experience & Service Excellence

• Ensure clients have a comfortable and professional salon experience.

• Provide post-service care instructions and product recommendations.

• Maintain customer confidentiality and professional standards.

Product Knowledge & Retail Sales

• Develop strong knowledge of beauty and skincare products.

• Recommend and promote products aligned with client needs.

• Support achievement of retail and service sales targets.

Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tools, equipment, and workstations.

• Follow salon hygiene protocols and safety standards.

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate effectively with salon staff for smooth daily operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Certification / Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field.

• Experience in salon, spa, or beauty services preferred.

• Strong understanding of skincare, beauty treatments, and salon procedures.

• Good communication and customer handling skills.

• Ability to work with clients having diverse needs and preferences.

• Attention to detail and high hygiene standards.

• Good time management and multitasking ability.
