Job Description

We are looking for a Beautician to join our team Yes Madam Franchise to provide beauty treatments, such as hairstyling, makeup, facials, hair removal, manicures and pedicures. The responsibility also includes recommending suitable skin therapies and managing client appointments. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 – ₹40,000 + Incentives and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers upon arrival and assist with bookings.

Perform hair removal (waxing, Rica, chocolate wax) and hairstyling.

Follow client's preference and recommend hairstyles, nail colors, and skincare routines.

Maintain client records and manage inventory.

Promote relevant beauty products and services.

Make sure the working area is clean and equipment is sterilized at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass / Beauty Course Completed and 0–2 years experience (Freshers welcome). Familiarity with skin care therapies like moisturising, exfoliating, peeling etc., and knowledge of hair removal techniques is a must. In this role, you will ensure that the clients receive high-quality personalized cosmetic services. A degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology or a relevant field is a plus.
