Job Description

We are looking for a Beautician to join our team at Rps Ventures to provide beauty treatments, such as hairstyling/ makeup/ facials/ hair removal/ manicures/pedicures. The responsibility also includes recommending suitable skin therapies and managing client appointments. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 18,000 and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers upon arrival and assist with bookings.
Perform hair removal (waxing, laser)/hairstyling.
Follow client’s preference and recommend hairstyles, nail colors, and skincare routines.
Maintain client records and manage inventory.
Promote relevant beauty products andPassionate and licensed Beautician with 5+ years of experience in high-end salon environments. Skilled in advanced skincare therapies, precision hair cutting, and makeup artistry. Proven ability to build a loyal clientele and increase product sales through personalized consultations and exceptional service."

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with skin care therapies like moisturising, exfoliating, peeling etc., and knowledge of hair removal techniques is a must. In this role, you will ensure that the clients receive high-quality personalized cosmetic services. A degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology or a relevant field is a plus.
