💄 Beautician Cum Makeup Artist – Key Result Areas (KRA)

Deliver high-quality beauty services including facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, manicures, and pedicures
Provide professional makeup services for events, bridal, party, and special occasions
Ensure client satisfaction through personalized consultations and understanding client needs
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment as per salon standards
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, skincare techniques, and makeup styles
Recommend suitable beauty products and upsell salon services to clients
Manage appointment schedules efficiently and minimize client waiting time
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals
Handle customer queries and provide expert advice on skincare and makeup
Assist in achieving monthly revenue targets through service excellence and upselling
Ensure proper use and maintenance of salon products and inventory
Follow all salon policies, grooming standards, and professional conduct
