Glorious Beauty Care - Hair & Skin Beautician Needed

Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Hair & Skin Beautician to join our team at Glorious Beauty Care. In this role, you will provide personalized beauty treatments including haircuts, styling, coloring, hair spa, skin care, facials, de-tan, bleach, threading, and waxing. Key duties also include recommending suitable skin care solutions, assisting clients with product choices, and managing client appointments.

• Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 (In-hand) per month + career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients upon arrival and assist with scheduling and bookings.

• Perform hair treatments including haircuts, styling (blow-dry, ironing, curls, updos), coloring (root touch-ups, full color, highlights, balayage), and hair spa (keratin, smoothening, deep conditioning, mehendi).

• Provide skin care services, facials (gold, diamond, hydra, anti-aging), clean-ups, and acne treatments.

• Perform de-tan and bleach treatments for face, neck, and full body.

• Carry out hair removal services including threading (eyebrows, full face) and waxing (arms, legs, underarms, full body) using Rica, hot, or chocolate wax.

• Recommend suitable skincare routines and home-care products.

• Maintain accurate client records and assist with inventory management.

• Ensure all workstations are kept clean and equipment is sterilized at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Below 10th standard or equivalent.

• Experience: 1 to 6+ years in a salon setting.

• Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in hair care, styling, coloring, and hair spa treatments.

  • Strong knowledge of skincare therapies, facials, de-tan, and acne treatments.

  • Hands-on expertise in precision threading and waxing techniques.

  • Excellent customer service skills to deliver high-quality cosmetic care.
