We are looking for a dedicated, skilled, and responsible Female Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty services, customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and maintaining professional salon standards.

Job Responsibilities

Beauty Services

• Perform all salon and beauty services, including hair, skin, makeup, waxing, threading, facials, manicures, pedicures, and other treatments as required.

• Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable services and products.

• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Salon Maintenance

• Keep the salon, workstations, tools, and equipment clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the day.

• Clean and disinfect all tools and the service area before and after every client.

• Ensure towels, linens, and beauty equipment are maintained according to salon hygiene standards.

• Complete post-service cleaning after every appointment.

Product & Inventory Management

• Use salon products responsibly to minimize wastage.

• Monitor product stock and report low inventory when required.

• Help control product costs and day-to-day expenses to support the salon's profitability.

• Handle salon equipment and products with care to avoid damage or unnecessary loss.

Professional Conduct

• Be punctual, well-groomed, polite, and professional.

• Maintain a positive attitude and provide a welcoming experience for every client.

• Work as a team player and assist with salon operations whenever needed.

• Follow all salon policies, hygiene protocols, and service standards.

Eligibility

• Female candidates only.

• Experience in salon services is preferred. Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Honest, responsible, and committed to maintaining salon cleanliness and quality standards.
