About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Visa Counselor & Filing Executive with strong expertise in New Zealand visa counseling and application processing. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in documentation, compliance, and end-to-end visa filing procedures while providing excellent client guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel clients regarding New Zealand study, visitor, work, and resident visa options.

Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable visa pathways.

Prepare, verify, and submit complete visa applications.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with New Zealand immigration requirements.

Coordinate with clients for documentation and resolve application-related queries.

Track visa applications and provide timely status updates.

Maintain detailed client records and ensure confidentiality.

Stay updated with the latest New Zealand immigration policies and visa regulations.

Requirements

4–8 years of experience in visa counseling and filing.

Hands-on experience in New Zealand visa filing is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of visa documentation, immigration policies, and application procedures.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple applications while meeting deadlines.
