Shift: Rotational Shift (24x7 Availability Required)

Job Description

SuperSeva Global Service is hiring for Transport helpdesk executive with hands-on experience in transportation operations and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day transportation coordination, ensuring on-time arrivals and deliveries (OTA & OTD), and maintaining operational efficiency through effective reporting and data management.

Key Responsibilities

Provide operational support for transportation services on a rotational shift basis (6 days/week, 9 hours/day).

Ensure availability for onsite work in a 24x7 operational setup.

Assist the supervisor in handling transportation activities and step in during their absence.

Track and update transportation data in TMS tools (MoveInSync), MS Excel, and via email communication.

Generate and maintain transportation performance reports, including OTA, OTD, and cost analysis.

Use advanced MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, data formatting, etc.).

Plan and schedule transport routes and coordinate logistics as per requirements.

Serve as a communication bridge between drivers, internal managers, and service vendors.

Ensure timely resolution of issues/conflicts related to transportation services.

Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.

Support coordination activities through phone, email, or other digital platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations/Reporting, preferably within Transportation .

Proficiency in MS Excel with strong reporting and data analysis skills.

Experience with transportation tools like MoveInSync is a plus.

Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, round-the-clock environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data handling
