We are looking for a Tourism Executive to join our team Make My Bharat Yatra Pvt. Ltd . The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers 25000-45000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tour Packages Briefing:
Provide complete information on destinations, itineraries, and pricing.
Assist clients in selecting suitable packages based on their preferences and budget.
2. Ticket Bookings:
Manage flight, train, and bus bookings as per client requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate ticket confirmations.
4. Booking Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Handle cancellations, refunds, and reschedules as per company policy.
Ensure smooth coordination with service providers and clients.
5. Customer Support:
Address customer queries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
Resolve any issues related to bookings or travel arrangements.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and Fresher To Experience . The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 5 Day Working.
