We are looking for a Tour Executive to join our team Make My Bharat Yatra Pvt. Ltd. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a 25000-45000 salary.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tour Packages Briefing:
Provide complete information on destinations, itineraries, and pricing.
Assist clients in selecting suitable packages based on their preferences and budget.
2. Ticket Bookings:
Manage flight, train, and bus bookings as per client requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate ticket confirmations.
3. Booking Confirmation:
Coordinate with vendors and clients to confirm all travel arrangements.
4. Customer Support:
Address customer queries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
Resolve any issues related to bookings or travel arrangements.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all bookings and client communications.
Prepare and submit regular reports on operations and customer feedback.

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and Fresher-Experience . Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
