Job Description:

We are hiring a Tender Executive for handling Government Tenders and GeM Portal work. Candidate should have experience in filling tenders and managing documents on different e-tender portals.

Key Responsibilities:

Search and apply tenders on GeM and other government portals
Prepare and submit technical & financial bids
Handle BOQ and tender documentation
Manage GeM portal (product listing, bid participation, order processing)
Coordinate with accounts and sales team for required documents
Track tender status and maintain records
Ensure timely submission before deadline

Requirements:

Graduate (Any Stream)
1–6 year's experience in Tender / GeM work
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PDF
Basic understanding of government tender process
Good communication and problem-solving skills
