Tender Executive

We are looking for a Tender Executive to join our team at SONSHIV INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 salary.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle GeM portal operations (listing, bidding, orders)

• Identify relevant GeM & UPPWD tenders

• Analyze tender documents and BOQ

• Prepare and submit technical & financial bids

• Manage documentation (GST, MSME, EMD, etc.)

• Ensure full compliance to avoid rejection

• Do BOQ costing and pricing (L1 strategy)

• Participate in Reverse Auctions (RA)

• Coordinate for technical specs & compliance sheets

• Handle pre-bid queries and clarifications

• Track bids and follow up for LOA/work orders

• Ensure timely and error-free submissions.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
