Location: 21, Pologround Industrial Area, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452015
Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 35K - 40K

Key Responsibilities:

·        Identify and monitor government, corporate, and private sector tenders relevant to the company.

·        Download, study, and analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and requirements.

·        Coordinate with internal departments to prepare technical and financial bids.

·        Draft, review, and submit tender documentation within deadlines.

·        Ensure compliance with all tender terms, conditions, and formats.

·        Maintain tender tracking, documentation, and MIS reports.

·        Manage online portals such as GeM, CPP, and other e-tendering platforms.

·        Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders regarding tender queries and clarifications.

·        Follow up on submitted tenders, participate in negotiations, and support contract finalization.

Desired Candidate Profile:

·        Graduate/Post Graduate in Business/Commerce/Management or related field.

·        Minimum 1–3 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or related roles.

·        Strong knowledge of e-tender portals (GeM, CPP, etc.).

·        Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·        Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

·        Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
