Tender Executive

We're Hiring "Tender Executives" to join our team at Lord's mark industries who will be:

1) Responsible for filing & submitting offline & online tenders.

2) Preparing all tender documents and completing all process of tender biding

3) Coordinate with HOD to submit the tender.

4) Follow up with departments for EMD for Purchase orders, EMD refunds & payments

5) Online & offline tender search

6) Online & Offline tender participation

7) GeM portal tender search & participation

Timely dispatch of the tenders, proper costing. Preparing quote

The candidate should have good knowledge and at least 2 years of experience working on GeM Portal, Tender 24•7, and eProcurement portal.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
