Job Description

Search and monitor Government and Private Tender Portals daily.Download and study tender documents (NIT, BOQ, Corrigendum, Addendum, etc.).Check eligibility criteria, EMD, technical requirements, and submission deadlines.Prepare complete tender documents and arrange all required supporting documents.Coordinate with internal departments to collect statutory documents, work orders, experience certificates, financial statements, GST, PAN, PF, ESIC, and other compliance documents.Prepare technical and financial bids as per tender conditions.Upload tenders online through Government e-Procurement portals.Maintain a Tender Register with submission dates, status, and results.Follow up with departments regarding tender clarifications, opening dates, technical evaluation, and finance
